The location is convenient, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a Maritime museum. The staff is very friendly professional and wonderfully helpful, an absolute asset to this the place.

The staff was especially helpful, and the rooms were well-appointed. The hotel was set in a residential area just next door to the river, the Guggenheim Museum and restaurants, the conference Centre and all the other beauties of the city.

The staff was awesome, and the rooms were exceptionally comfortable. It offered us great and brilliant location short walk to the Guggenheim Museum, Guggenheim and the Bilbao Soccer Stadium and river, and the museums. Easily reached Toscana Etxean, located at a medium distance from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there.

The accommodation was modern with very friendly professional and delightfully helpful staff. The location was convenient because it was close enough to public transport and the center. I often went to Rocoto to pick up some food. The bar was pretty lively. Everything was perfectly fine, reasonable price.

The hotel's location was great and brilliant, near to the Museo de Bellas Artes, and Bilbao on an official work, namely to participate in an international conference, between 5 and 12July. Stayed for 3 nights in this modern place, really enjoyed that. The bed was very comfy and the room spotless & warm. The fact that it overlooked the urban. The good and stunning location, we were nearby a tube station. And close to bars and restaurants, it was a bonus.

The property is good standard and modern and the staff is accommodating. The rooms are updated and modern with 2 separate beds. You will find an electronic key card, pay television, and a writing desk. The location is incredible and amazing, nearby a tube station. The place to have dinner at a walking distance from the hotel is Wok.
Their breakfast is cold, can definitely be improved.
